- Is it easy to buy online from Anglo Nordic?
Yes – as soon as your account is approved, you can browse the products & see trade prices. Once you have found the product you’d like to purchase, click the ‘add’ button & then confirm the quantity you require to add the item to the shopping basket. Once you’ve selected all the items you require, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide delivery details. You can then have the goods charged to your trade account or you will be forwarded to a secure server where you will be asked for your credit card details.
- Are all the products on your website in stock?
We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are currently in stock & available for immediate despatch. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will contact you as soon as possible to either suggest a carefully selected alternative, or to advise you of a delivery date.
- Can I order by phone?
Yes. You can place an order with us over the telephone by calling +44 (0)208 979 0988 between 8.00am & 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.00am & 4.30pm Friday.
- Can I order by post?
Yes. You can go through the shopping cart process & opt to send a cheque as your payment method. Please write your order number on the reverse of the cheque so it can be matched up easily when payment arrives. Once we have received the cheque, your goods will be dispatched. - Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown on this website are in £GBP & exclude VAT. VAT will be added to all orders despatched to UK destinations. VAT will not be added to export orders, provided we are able to obtain satisfactory evidence of export as required by HM Revenue & Customs.
- Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, when you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase, & when ordering via the website you have the opportunity to print your order details. We will then send you a VAT invoice by email or post.
- Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address?
Yes. When you place your order you can add a different delivery address. If the billing address is different to your delivery address the invoice will always be sent to your billing address. Please remember your billing address is the address at which your payment card is registered.
- What do I do if I've ordered the wrong product?
We can only accept product returns as a result of incorrect ordering at our discretion. Products must not be returned to us without prior notification & must be unused, in good condition & in the original primary packing, which must also be in good condition & suitable for resale. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- What if my item is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item, please call us on +44 (0)208 979 0988 & we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected from you & returned to us. We will inspect the item on return & offer you a free replacement.
- How are my items shipped?
If you order with us before 3pm on a weekday, we use a courier service so you will receive your item next day, or as soon as possible. There is no shipping charge for orders over £385. Please check the 'delivery information' page for more details.
- Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts may be available for large quantity purchases. Please ask our sales team for details by calling +44 (0)208 979 0988 or email [email protected] with your details, the product codes & quantity required & we will provide you with a quotation.
- Is there a minimum order value?
Yes – there is a £25 minimum order value.
- Do you ship overseas?

- Can I buy direct from your trade counter?
You can collect pre-ordered goods from us during our opening hours, 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday & 8.00am – 4.30pm Friday.
Please telephone in advance so we can make sure your goods are ready for you to collect.
